Our appraisals are typically delivered within 2-3 days of the inspection date notwithstanding any delays beyond the appraiser's control. 24 hour service available for a nominal fee. To further reduce turn-around time, our firm is fully EDI compatible, which means we can forward completed appraisals via the internet. Services include residential appraisals for the following property types; single family, single family investment properties, condominiums and multi-family dwellings.
